Beautiful Sunny Weather in Pittsburgh!

The weather today was absolutely beautiful, so we spent some time in the backyard. Teddy loves to feel the grass between his fingers, and is always trying to pick up rocks, leaves or whatever he can grab.. he's such a curious little bugger!

Walking around...

I know what you're thinking.. Teddy is walking already? Well the answer to that is not really..but he loves to try! My parents purchased him this walker so he can at least feel like n independent little buddy. He's doing pretty well.

San Francisco!

San Fran is a great city! We were so lucky, because Teddy was a great traveler! Here are a few pics with Rob and I- You will see that Teddy has his own seat- the flight attendant was very nice and she asked around so that we could have an entire row for our family- Teddy had his own tray to put his trucks on.
When you're in a hotel room with only the toys you brought, you get creative. Teddy was obsessed with riding around in the suitcase.. so we did that a lot before bed time to burn off some energy after dinner. There is also a pic of the red wood forest we visited. The trees are so huge that Teddy and I could fit into one.
The hills of SF are sometimes pretty steep. After walking up a hill that literally had steps built into it, we came across this beautiful park on top of Nob Hill- Teddy was able to take his first swing ride.. as you can see- he LOVED it!

On the Move!

That's it everyone..we have a very mobile child on our hands.. life just got a little bit more interesting! AND we LOVE it!

Zoo Day!

We went to the Pittsburgh zoo on Sunday-We purchased a pass, so we can visit the zoo all year long, in addition to visiting zoos around the country as well. Rob and I weren't sure of what Teddy would take away from the visit, but it was a beautiful and sunny day, so we couldn't pass it up. Funny thing is that when we got there, Teddy fell asleep, and slept through the first 20 minutes of the stroll... As soon as we entered the elephant house, Teddy woke up and was up for the remainder of the visit...I should also mention that he was very into people watching.. guess the apple didn't fall far from the tree... So, Teddy has really started to laugh out loud this past month.... he thinks I'm the funniest person on the planet.. we think his giggles are contagious.
