Falling Leaves!

We have a pretty big tree in our backyard, and I just cannot keep up with it's falling leaves. The day after I rake it looks like I never even did anything. I've decided to let the leaves pile up until there are no more leaves on the tree. (yeah, yeah, I know, we'll see how long that lasts)

Sushi! Sushi!

Beth and Wilson invited us to go to the Japanese steakhouse while Beth's sister and friend were in town for her baby shower, and we went. They had their food cooked in front of them, and Rob and I ate sushi.. I am very new at the sushi world so I am very excited to say that I "went out for sushi!"

Kitchen Repairs!

Demo Day!
I peeled wall paper for hours, and then we had to repair the walls completely. Who know we were so handy!

Rob has done a lot of plumbing stuff... I'm sure he's glad that part is over. :-)

Now for the new:

This is our work in progress. There are still two cabinets that need installed above and beside the stove. This has been a major learning process for us.
This kitchen was a waste of space. We moved the fridge, beside the sink, and now we have a lot more counter top space (it's butcher block)
